Founded in 1984 under the leadership of the Oksuz and Gumuser families, Kipas Holding is the first and only holding company in Kahramanmaras. Operating in six core sectors including textile, cement, paper, energy, education and logistics, Kipas Holding provides employment for approximately 11,000 people.
As one of Kahramanmaras' leading taxpayers and with exports to nearly 100 countries, Kipas Holding ranks among Türkiye's top exporting companies and is represented by six companies in the ISO 500 list. The group also places strong emphasis on R&D and ranks among the top 250 companies in this field.
KCS was established by KIPAS Holding in 2006 and began production in 2008. With its new line investment in 2012, KCS Kipas Cement operates a cement production facility with an annual capacity of 3.000.000 tons of clinker and 4,000,000 tons of cement.
In addition to its cement production factory, KCS is a strong regional player with 17 concrete production facilities and 23 ready-mixed concrete plants operating in 7 provinces, with total production capacity of 30,000 m3/day.
Continuing its investments in building materials, KCS Kipas Aerated Concrete established its Kahramanmaras facility in 2013 with the latest technologies of the period and has 400,000 m3 aerated concrete production capacity.
In 2019, KCS Kipas Aerated Concrete completed its second aerated concrete production facility investment in Aydin Soke with 600,000 m3 capacity, increasing total capacity to 1,000,000 m3.
With a continuous improvement, efficient production and environmental protection approach, KCS commissioned its Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant with 9 MW/h production capacity in 2017 and its Waste Incineration Facility for energy recovery in 2018.
Working with the principle of being the best in its sector, KCS quickly became one of Türkiye's leading cement producers. It carries out cement and aerated concrete operations on a 756,000 m2 site in Pazarcik, Kahramanmaras and provides employment for approximately 1,500 people.
