İREM ÖKSÜZ

Chair of the Board

Irem OKSUZ graduated from Sabanci University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 2011. She received various business, finance and marketing trainings at the London School of Economics and New York University. She began her career at Kipas Holding in 2012 and serves as a board member in various group companies.

Halil İbrahim GÜMÜŞER

Deputy Chair of the Board

Halil Ibrahim GUMUSER was born in Kahramanmaras in 1951. He graduated from Ankara Baskent Academy of Commercial Sciences and continues to serve as Deputy Chair of the Board at Kipas Holding. He speaks Arabic fluently and is married with three children.

Mehmet Hanefi ÖKSÜZ

Mehmet Hanefi OKSUZ was born in Kahramanmaras in 1953. He graduated from Istanbul Kabatas High School and Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He was elected Chair of the Board when Kipas A.S. began operations in 1984 and has held many roles in business and civil society.

Hikmet Gümüşer

Board Member

Hikmet Gumuser was born in Kahramanmaras in 1987. He completed his primary and secondary education in Kahramanmaras, his high school education at Gaziantep Science High School, and graduated from Galatasaray University, Department of Business Administration.

He began his career as an auditor in Istanbul and later returned to Kahramanmaras. He works in finance, accounting and foreign trade at Kipas Holding and holds the title of Certified Public Accountant. He currently serves as a Board Member of Kipas Holding.
